Back Mount Escapes - Triple threat
I am just wondering how to defend your back when someone has your back and they are on your weak side( as triple threat is there) so how do we learn to defend your back? let say I screw up my position and gave my back to my opponent.

The earliest defence I would say is to force yourself to the strong side as soon as possible before your arms get isolated. Remind me to show it to you once we hopefully reopen again soon!

Also take note to pre-empt the choke when u're crossing to the strong side and angle ur body such that ur back/head touches the floor at the very moment u land on the strong side.
The only option left is for the opponent to mount hence u can pre-empt the timing for elbow escapes & hip thrust.
