WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEGINNER’S BOOTCAMP AND GRACIE COMBATIVES?
GRACIE COMBATIVES:
Gracie Combatives is our comprehensive beginner’s program from Gracie University, designed to equip you with the core 36 techniques of Jiu-Jitsu for self-defence in street fight scenarios. The program takes 6-8 months to complete, with each lesson breaking down essential techniques in detail.
Gracie Combatives will train students thoroughly on the 36 techniques and prepare them to take the Gracie Combatives Belt test. Those who pass the test will receive their Gracie Combatives Certificate and Belt. This accomplishment marks the beginning of your journey into our advanced Master Cycle class, where you can expand your learning and earn your way to a Black belt.
Gracie Combatives does not have sparring; you may go through the lessons in any order. Both Gi and No-Gi options are available.
GRACIE COMBATIVES FAQ:
