Gracie Combatives is our beginner program for adults. In this program, you will learn the 36 core techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and cooperative environment. Each one-hour lesson addresses one standing and one ground self-defense technique. You can start the program at any time and participate in any class without previous experience and, since safety is our number one concern, there is no competitive sparring in this program. 5. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS JIU-JITSU SCHOOL COMPARED TO OTHER SCHOOLS IN SINGAPORE?

Our school’s goal, philosophy, and only focus are towards self-defense and to equip the students with the necessary tools on how to defend themselves against an attacker in a real street fight situation using the Gracie Combatives techniques taught in our Beginners program. Whereas the majority of Jiu-Jitsu or BJJ schools in Singapore are focused towards the competitive approach from day one. We believe that what you learn first is the last thing that you forget and investing the time to learn to defend yourself first is more valuable to us for all our new students.
